On the day of the closing of Disneyland ride Snow White’s Scary Adventures, the ride’s biggest fan, a young man named Ben, got the biggest surprise of him life, and a day that just kept getting better and better. I dare you to read through all five parts of this story, written by Ben’s dad, and not tear up. Disney has always been a pillar of exceptional customer service, but the cast members involved in making this special day for Ben really, truly went above a beyond. From his dad’s account, it made an impression on Ben, too.
